8. <br />Liquor License for Seki’s Japanese Restaurant/Blue Ocean Sushi at 6335 Delmar <br />for sale of beer, wine and other hard liquors, to include Sunday sales. Staff <br />recommended approval. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci moved for approval, was seconded by Mr. Price and carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />9. <br />The 2012 Community Development Block Grant allocation for a total of $103,400. <br /> <br />Mr. Price moved for approval, was seconded by Mr. Glickert and carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />10. <br />The approval of the annual order of janitorial supplies for Fiscal Year 2012. Staff <br />recommended that the annual order for janitorial supplies be divided between two <br />bidders for an estimated amount of $19,688.21 for New System and $10,866.91 for <br />Industrial Supply Company for an overall total of $30,555.12. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci moved for approval and was seconded by Mr. Sharpe. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe asked the City Manager if U City partners with any other communities in <br />ordering the supplies. <br /> <br />The City Manager said the City does not but it was something that could be looked <br />into. <br /> <br />The voice vote for approval of the janitorial supplies carried unanimously. <br /> <br />11 <br />. The annual order of office supplies for Fiscal Year 2012. Staff recommended <br />approval of office supply through the use of the Missouri State contract for an <br />estimated amount of $45,300. <br /> <br />12. <br />Authorize the City Manager to sign a Metropolitan Sewer District Easement and <br />Maintenance agreement for Flynn Park. <br /> <br />Mr. Crow moved to approve the granting of an easement and was second by Mr. <br />Sharpe. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci noted that she thought there were two separate issued and this is <br />combining them as one. She also noted that usually there is some sort of <br />compensation when the City grants an easement. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci moved consideration of this be postponed until this is run by the City <br />Attorney and was seconded by Mr. Sharpe. <br /> <br />Mr. Crow asked if there was a time constraint with the school construction and Mr. <br />Walker said he would look into it. <br /> <br />Voice vote to postpone vote on the granting of an easement to MSD and Ameren <br />UE carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
