MEETING CALLED TO ORDER <br /> <br /> <br />B. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />City Manager Mr. Walker asked to withdraw the item on the request for a solicitation <br />permit which is part of the City Manager’s Report. He would like to discuss with the City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />Mayor Welsch asked that a reading of a proclamation be added to the agenda. <br />Representatives of the Arts & Letters Commission were present and would appreciate it <br />if the proclamation that will be presented at their reception for their Sculpture Series on <br />Sunday, April 3, 2011 be read tonight. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe said he would like to recommended that Kevin Taylor be added to the <br />Aquatics Task Force. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci moved to approve the amended agenda, seconded by Mr. Glickert. The <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />D. PROCLAMATIONS <br />Mayor Welsch read a proclamation that will be presented at a reception on Sunday at <br />the Centennial Commons for the Arts and Letters Commission Sculpture Series. The <br />proclamation was given to representatives from the Commission. <br /> <br />E. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. <br />March 14, 2011, minutes from the Study Session on the Budget Reports from Fire <br />and Police were moved for approval by Mr. Sharpe, seconded by Ms. Ricci and <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. <br />March 14, 2011, minutes from the Regular City Council Session were moved for <br />approval Ms. Ricci, seconded by Mr. Glickert and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />F. APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />G. SWEARING IN <br />Maria D’Agrosa Sweeney was sworn in to the Arts and Letters Commission. <br /> <br />H. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION (Total of 15 minutes allowed) <br />Jackie Womack, 7300Ahren <br />Mr. Womack thanked Mr. Glickert for stopping by to discuss his concerns. He also <br />thanked Ms. Ricci for following up with him. He would like to walk the neighborhood with <br />both Councilmembers so he can introduce them to his neighbors. <br /> <br /> <br />
