SESSION 1092 <br />IIIITMJ S OF THE U,."IVE .SITY CITY COUNCIL <br />January 6, 1975 <br />At a regular meeting of the University City Council held in the Assembly <br />Doom of the City fall on 11onday, January d, 1975, Vayor iiathan B. Kaufman <br />presided and called tae meeting to order at 7:3C P.11. In addition to the <br />Mayor, the following members of the Council were present: <br />14r. Elsie Glickert <br />Also present were City Iianager Charles T. Henry and Mr. Gregory Sheehan, <br />Acting City Attorney. <br />MINUTES: <br />: <br />On motion of Councilman Glickert, seconded by Councilman Cfeissenburger, and <br />unanimously carried, the 'iinutes of the Council meeting held on December 9, <br />1974, were approved as received. <br />On motion of Councilman Gfeissenburger, <br />unanimously carried, the 11i.nutes of the <br />1974, were approved as received. <br />COP1MMICATIONS : <br />seconded by Councilman Grimm, and <br />Council meeting held on December 16, <br />ICOI;<TE'cdDATIONS OF CITY PLAN COMISSION - SUN OIL CO11P,11'AY: <br />Upon inquiry by flavor I.aufman whether any communications had been received, <br />the City Clerk called attention to letters dated December 31, 1974, from the <br />City Plan Commission regarding an application made by the Sun Oil Company, <br />7501 Delmar Boulevard, for a Conditional Use Permit, and also an application <br />by the Sun Oil Company for rezoning of the northwest corner of Delmar and <br />Hanley .oad from PB to AB. Copies had been transmitted to members of the <br />Council. <br />MOTE OF APPRECIATION: <br />The City Clerk called attention to a note of appreciation dated December 24, <br />1974 from 11rs. Harriett '•:foods, 7147 Princeton, former Councilman of the <br />Second Ward. The Council recently honored i1rs. Woods for her many fine con- <br />tributions to t:ie City by presenting her .with a Resolution (Tribute to <br />Harriett "-foods) and with a lifetime pass for use of University City park <br />facilities. <br />ST. LOUIS CM4TY COUNCIL - I11PROVIE.2:IT OF BIG BEND: <br />The City Clerk called attention to a letter dated December 27, 1974 from <br />Mr. Allen S. Boston, Administrative Director of the St. Louis County Council, <br />concerning matter of official communication :with regard to improvement of <br />Big Bend Boulevard.
