There was discussion and it was sug-
gested by Mayor Kaufman that this can be done at the next meeting when all
members are present. (Councilman Werner had been excused from the meeting
earlier.) Councilman Weissenburger suggested that each member of the Council
write out their amendments which will make it easier to follow. Mayor Kauf-
man explained there will be sufficient time if the amendments are made at
the next meeting on January 5th.
RICH AND CHARLIE'S:
Councilman Weissenburger said he would like the Acting City Attorney to check
into a problem which is confronting Rich and Charlie's - they complain that
they are being harrassed by the State Liquor Control people who have advised
Rich & Charlie's that they cannot have wine on the table after 10 o'clock
P.M. Mr. Greg Sheehan, the Acting City Attorney, explained that that is
correct - 10 o'clock P.M. is a deadline.
ADJOUR&IENT :
On motion of Councilman Weissenburger, seconded by Councilman Grimm and
unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned at 11:59 P.M.
Jerome W.
