Councilman Kelley requested that Bill No. 7296 be given a third reading - he said he was trying to get the Council to vote on whether or not to postpone consideration of this bill. Councilman Metcalfe said she still feels that neither the Big Bend issue nor the Bond Issue will be well served if they are both on the same ballot.
