Bill No. 7295 (as amended) became <br />Ordinance No. 5130. <br />BILL NO. 7296 - PRESERVING THE BEAUTY AND CHARACTER OF BIG BEND BOULEVARD, <br />FROM XILLBR00K TO ML MAR, AND NEIGHBOPT'-G AREAS OF THE CITY <br />Bill No. 7296 was given its second reading. <br />Councilman Kelley requested that Bill No. 7296 be given a third reading - he <br />said he was trying to get the Council to vote on whether or not to postpone <br />consideration of this bill. <br />Councilman Metcalfe said she still feels that neither the Big Bend issue nor <br />the Bond Issue will be well served if they are both on the same ballot. <br />
