BILL NO. 7416 - AMENDING CHAPTER 21 MUNICIPAL CODE '_+11",TING TO MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, BY REPEALING SECTION 21-134 THEREOF, Alv'D.ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 21-134. TWO-HOUR PARKING ZONES," BY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO t'_S TO DELETE THE "WO -HOUR PARKING ZONE BETWEEN 6:00 A.M. AND 6:30 P.M. OF ANy DAY ONT BOTH SIDES OF !NTORTHI MOOR DRIVE FROM BLAND DRIVE TO DEL -LIN AVENUE. TWO-HOUR PARKING ZONES,' BY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO DELETE THE TWO-HOUR PARKING ZONE BETWEEN 6:00 A.M. AND 6:30 P.M. OF ANY DAY ON BOTH SIDES OF NORTHMOOR DRIVE FROM BLAND DRIVE TO DEL -LIN AVENUE; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY." The bill was assigned No. 7416 and given its first reading. OATH OF OFFICE - CITY CLERK Ms Dolores A. Miller, formerly Acting City Clerk, was sworn in as City Clerk by Mayor Mooney. EXECUTIVE MEETING Mr. 011endorff announced that a closed meeting would follow the adjournment of this meeting, for the purpose of discussing personnel. MISCELLANEOUS Mr. Sabol.asked about the progress -of the Revenue Study Committee, and Mayor Moon- ey said the committee is working on its final report. Mr. Sabot asked about the progress of the cable television ordinance, and Mr. 01- lendorff said the staff is working on it, but it will be some time before the ad- ministration is ready to negotiate the final agreement with Continental Cablevi- sion, the company awarded the franchise. Budget preparation_has.been._taking a large amount of staff time. Mr. Sabol said the staff did an excellent job putting the city directory together, but some of the information regarding trustees in private subdivisions was incor- rect.
