TWO-HOUR PARKING ZONES," BY AMENDING SAID <br />SECTION SO t'_S TO DELETE THE <br />"WO -HOUR PARKING ZONE BETWEEN 6:00 A.M. AND 6:30 P.M. <br />OF ANy DAY ONT BOTH SIDES OF !NTORTHI MOOR DRIVE FROM BLAND DRIVE TO DEL -LIN AVENUE. <br />A bili was introduced by Councilmember Adams, entitled: <br />"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY .OF UNIVERSITY <br />CITY, RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, BY REPEALING SECTION 21-134 THEREOF, <br />AS ENACTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 5091, ENACTED JUNE. 19, 1978, RELATING TO TWO-HOUR <br />PARKING ZONES AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS 'SECTION <br />21-134. TWO-HOUR PARKING ZONES,' BY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO DELETE THE <br />TWO-HOUR PARKING ZONE BETWEEN 6:00 A.M. AND 6:30 P.M. OF ANY DAY ON BOTH SIDES OF <br />NORTHMOOR DRIVE FROM BLAND DRIVE TO DEL -LIN AVENUE; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE <br />AND PROVIDING A PENALTY." <br />The bill was assigned No. 7416 and given its first reading. <br />OATH OF OFFICE - CITY CLERK <br />Ms Dolores A. Miller, formerly Acting City Clerk, was sworn in as City Clerk by <br />Mayor Mooney. <br />EXECUTIVE MEETING <br />Mr. 011endorff announced that a closed meeting would follow the adjournment of <br />this meeting, for the purpose of discussing personnel. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />Mr. Sabol.asked about the progress -of the Revenue Study Committee, and Mayor Moon- <br />ey said the committee is working on its final report. <br />Mr. Sabot asked about the progress of the cable television ordinance, and Mr. 01- <br />lendorff said the staff is working on it, but it will be some time before the ad- <br />ministration is ready to negotiate the final agreement with Continental Cablevi- <br />sion, the company awarded the franchise. Budget preparation_has.been._taking a <br />large amount of staff time. <br />Mr. Sabol said the staff did an excellent job putting the city directory together, <br />but some of the information regarding trustees in private subdivisions was incor- <br />rect. <br />
