Session 1241, Minutes Page 11 <br />March 24, 1980_ <br />W. <br />Councilman Lieberman said, as co -councilman in the third ward, that Mrs. Glickert <br />was a hard act to keep up with, that her heart is certainly in University City, <br />and that she knows every area in the city, and especially in the third ward, thor- <br />oughly. <br />Councilman Adams said he has enjoyed and would miss working with Councilman <br />Glickert, as they have -had some very spirited debates, but without any rancor. <br />Councilman Kelley said Councilman Glickert has been tireless in her efforts for <br />the City, and has taught the rest of the Council what it is.to be dedicated. <br />Councilman Metcalfe concurred with this view. <br />Councilman Glickert thanked the councilmen, and there was a. round of applause. <br />She said this was like commencement --she would certainly miss the other council- <br />men, but wouldn't miss the homework. <br />Mayor Mooney said the City would forever be in Mrs. Glickert's debt. <br />An TATTI)NA TUT <br />Councilman Sabol moved that the meeting be adjourned.
