Plan Commission Minutes March 23, 2011 The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the EOC Room located at City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on March 23, 2011. The meeting commenced at 7:00 pm. Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent Ben Halpert (Chairperson) Tom Byrne Paulette Carr Deidre Lewis Nova Felton Ben Senturia Lisa Greening Non-Voting Members Present Stephen Kraft Staff Present Andrea Riganti, Director of Community Development Ray Lai, Deputy Director of Planning, Zoning, and Economic Development Zach Greatens, Planner Approval of Minutes The Chairperson announced that the minutes from November 16, 2010, January 26, 2011, and February 23, 2011 would not be considered due to lack of majority of Commission members present at those meetings. Hearing: Minor Subdivision – Final Plat – 7286 Creveling Drive The Chairperson announced that a hearing was scheduled for Final Plat approval of a Minor Subdivision at 7286 Creveling Drive. The Chairperson briefly explained the procedures for the meeting. Staff provided a slide show with pictures of the location of the proposed subdivision and the surrounding neighborhood. Mr. Wurm with Topos Surveying Corporation gave a description of the proposed subdivision: The proposed new lot to the east is an existing lot of record, Lot 11 in the subdivision. There are no proposed changes to the lot lines from the way it was originally subdivided. Mr. Wurm stated that it is a large lot and a very flat lot. He also added that Mr. Manlin is currently building a house in University City. Mr. Wurm believes they have met all requirements of the University City Codes and that Mr. Manlin has met with the subdivision trustees and neighbors about the proposed subdivision.
