Plan Commission Minutes April 27, 2011 The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the EOC Room located at City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on April 27, 2011. The meeting commenced at 7:00 pm. Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent Ben Halpert (Chairperson) Deidre Lewis Tom Byrne Paulette Carr Nova Felton Lisa Greening Ben Senturia Non-Voting Members Present Stephen Kraft Staff Present Andrea Riganti, Director of Community Development Ray Lai, Deputy Director of Planning, Zoning, and Economic Development Zach Greatens, Planner Approval of Minutes The Chairperson announced that the Commission would consider the approval of the minutes from the following Plan Commission meetings: November 16, 2010, January 26, 2011, February 23, 2011, and March 23, 2011. A motion was made to approve the minutes from the four meetings mentioned. The motion was seconded and the motion passed. Minor Subdivision – Final Plat – 7286 Creveling Drive The Chairperson announced that a letter has been submitted stating the applicant has withdrawn his application. He asked if anyone from the public was here to discuss the item. Mr. Hassenstab, 7274 Creveling Drive, was present. The Chairperson explained that an existing lot is in existence and the property owner does not need to seek a subdivision before the Plan Commission. The Chairperson asked if any staff members would like to comment. Mr. Lai stated that information was submitted by the applicant in response to the Plan Commission members’ request at the March 23 meeting. Community Development Staff has concluded, based on discussion with St. Louis County and the City Attorney and information from the Title Company, that Lot 11 is an existing legal lot of record. Based on that information, the applicant has withdrawn his application. No further action is required by the Plan Commission. The applicant can apply for building permits but will still have to meet all Zoning Code requirements. tm; E
