The <br />placement of a police substation on the site should be left on a voluntary basis. <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel moved adoption with conditions as stated by the City Manager. Mr. Wagner <br />seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Mr. Lieberman stated that he would like to see two conditions added to the current list. <br />One should be that washrooms should be made available for staff and customers. He also <br />wants to make sure that a condition be added that requires the availability of compressed <br />air. Mr. Ollendorff agrees. <br /> <br />Mr. John King, is the attorney representing the applicant, Darryl Wicoff. Mr. King has no <br />problems with the conditions and the two extra ones proposed by Mr. Lieherman. <br /> <br />Mr. Lieberman moved to amend the original motion to include the two extra conditions. <br />Mr. Colquitt seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams called the question on the main motion. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />AGENDA #4 - RESUBDIVISION- DELCREST COURT: <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff recommends approval of the new plat for Delcrest Court which dedicates the <br />private street to the City for public use and maintenance. The condominium owners are <br />paying the full cost of recent improvements bringing this street fully up to University City's <br />standards for new public streets. The City Council previously agreed to accept this <br />dedication if that improvement condition was met. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval. Mr. Munkel seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Responding to Mr. Wagner, Mr. OIlendorff said that the street had been completely brought <br />up to City standards. Responding further to Mr. Wagner, Mr. Ollendorff said that each <br />owner was given a bill in February or March. There are approximately 34 owners. <br /> <br />Responding to Mr. Sharpe, Mr. Ollendorff said that we denied any assistance from the City <br />and that the owners would have to pay 100% of the cost. They do have the option of <br />paying this over several years at 8% interest. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
