Other  Request to restrict through traffic southbound on the 1400 block of Quendo Avenue Sharon Logan, resident at 1336 Waldron Avenue was present to submit a petition of the 1300 and 1400 blocks of Waldron, Carlyle Avenue and 1400 block of Quendo Avenue for a No-Through traffic restriction to be implemented. Mrs. Gutierrez received the petition and explained that the administrative review will be completed and this item will be included in the agenda for the next traffic commission meeting scheduled for September of 2011.  1400 Block of Quendo Avenue Stacey Wilson, resident at 1401 Quendo Avenue inquired about street repairs. Mrs. Gutierrez provided her contact information for Mrs. Wilson to contact the Public Works Department about the details of her request. 5. Rules of Order and Procedure of the Traffic Commission of University City The Rules of Order and Procedure of the Traffic Commission of University City, revised on June 8, 2011 were presented to the Commission for comments. Commissioner Henderson requested comments from the Commissioners of the previous revisions to the rules of order and procedure and described them as follows:  Section 2.1 Time; Place: Change from 10 business days to five (5) business days to send cancellation notice.  Section 2.3 Chairperson: “A chairperson may serve no more than two terms”.  Section 3.2 Petition: A list of residents affected will be defined on case by case bases. No additional comments were provided by the Commission. Commissioner Henderson made a motion to adopt the Rules or Order and Procedure as amended, seconded by Commissioner Brot and unanimously approved.
