Voice vote on Mr. Kraft’s motion failed with a Nay vote from Mr. Price and Mayor <br />pro-tem Sharpe. <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert said he moved to have a study session and bring up Mr. Kraft’s <br />financing suggestion for discussion at that time and was seconded by Mr. Kraft. <br /> <br />Fire Chief Don Miner was asked what the time frame was on the grant and he noted <br />that it was in its last year but could possibly have it extended due to the re- <br />evaluation of the grant. <br /> <br />Voice vote on postponing the vote on a new fire house until Council could have a <br />study session carried unanimously. <br /> <br />3. <br />Conditional Use Permit (C.U.P.) application for 8390 Delmar Blvd. for 80% site <br />coverage, exceeding the maximum allowable of 70% in General Commercial District <br />Mr. Price moved to approve the C.U.P., and was seconded by Mr. Kraft. <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert asked if this C.U.P. was posted for a Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Ms. Riganti stated that as per zoning code, the public was notified within 185 feet of <br />subject property and also the City placed an ad in the St. Louis Countian fifteen <br />days before the meeting date. <br />Voice vote carried unanimously. <br /> <br />4. <br />Purchase of installation of poured in place safety surface for Flynn Park Playground <br />in amount of $$77,004. <br /> <br />Mr. Price moved for approval, was seconded by Mr. Glickert and the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />5. <br />General contract for Flynn Park Playground renovations to All Concrete Design for <br />$128,588. <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert moved for approval, was seconded by Mr. Kraft and he motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />6. <br />Approval of General contractor for Mooney Park Playground to All Inclusive Rec for <br />$129,915. <br /> <br />Mr. Kraft moved for approval, was seconded by Mr. Price and the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />7. <br />Liquor license of all kinds with Sunday sales for KLGM Inc, Asian Kitchen at 8423-25 <br />Olive <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert moved for approval, was seconded by Mr. Price and the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />8. <br />Summer Youth Employment Program wrap-up. This was an informational item <br />which summarized job tasks that were performed by the U City youth the City hired <br /> 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
