A question was asked about distributing the survey at Walgreens pharmacy. <br />Clay stated that while we will not be able to get the survey to everyone, we should try to <br />get the best cross-section of the City that we can. <br />Abbie asked Victor what places he can cover. Victor will work with the Boy Scouts and <br />will get names of Real Talk students. <br />Nikki asked about those completing the youth survey and if they can only be University <br />City residents. <br />Other Distribution Areas: <br />Abbie – University Forest <br />Genice – Brentmoor, Parkview <br />Shirley – Delmar Apts. on Kingsland <br />Genice – 1 McKnight; will distribute to all their people <br />Nikki asked if the letter is to be revised, can a weblink be added? <br />Next on agenda <br />Based on the Census data available, we are striving to get a return of at least 300+ <br />surveys for youth and 500+ surveys for seniors. <br />It has been suggested that the minutes reflect a summary statement of what has been <br />discussed. The suggestions are as follows: Committee members should respond to <br />agenda items, be consistent, and state names especially when visitors are present. <br />New Business <br />Final Report <br />- Need volunteers <br />- Create outline for final version <br />Victor asked if there will be two separate reports, one for seniors and one for youth. <br />Yes. There will be two separate reports. <br />Clay stated that past minutes could be used to summarize answers to questions such <br />as: What did we do? When did we do it? Etc.
