A motion was made
to approve the agenda. The motion was seconded and approved.
Approval of July 7, 2011 Minutes
Genice referred to page 3 of the minutes and stated that she passed the information for
Brentmoor, Parkview, and McKnight on to Shirley. Shirley stated that was correct and
she did go to Brentmoor, Parkview, and McKnight. The change should be reflected in
the minutes.
Abbie stated she had some questions to be answered from the July 7 meeting. Nikki
Goldstein had asked about cover letters for each organization. However, there will be
one cover letter for all the senior surveys.
Michelle Gralnick introduced herself to the Task Force members.
Abbie stated that we need to check with Nikki Goldstein about delivery of survey to
those who get meals delivered at home. Nikki also asked about the age requirement for
the survey. It was stated that the age requirement was 55 and older. There is no age
requirement because getting information from younger people who are caretakers of
elderly relatives could be helpful.
Abbie also stated there was a question about distributing surveys at the Walgreens
pharmacy. It was stated that Nikki will follow up with Walgreens.
A question was asked about where teens completing the survey are from. The zip code
they list on the survey will be used to determine where they live.
A motion was made to approve minutes with changes mentioned. The motion was
seconded and approved.
tm;
šE
