Jen mentioned that many people said they have too many undecided answers.
However, that is still helpful information. They don’t necessarily have to know about
every service because they may not ever have a need for it. There is a lot of
information available, but sometimes it cannot be accessed or people don’t try to get the
information. Also, some people don’t investigate certain information until they really
need it.
Abbie stated that Jan Adams sent her a list of neighborhood associations. She added
that some people do not want someone else, outside of family, to come help take care
of them or their relatives.
Genice stated she finished the list of private schools. She included email addresses
and other contact info. She included high schools and schools with eighth grade. She
did not list schools that only went up to sixth grade.
Clay said he will send and email blast to private schools to see if there is any interest in
the survey. He will do it by zip code and try to see if they would complete the survey
online.
Genice stated that Nikki mentioned synagogues, some of which are associated with
schools. That could be helpful information.
Clay said that the group should make mention of schools that were asked to participate
for the report and we should start collecting that information in one area.
Genice mentioned information gathered from the Girl Schools. There may be troops
interested in the survey. She asked the scout leaders to distribute the surveys.
Abbie asked about putting information into survey monkey. Next week Tuesday,
Wednesday, and Friday are the days that will work to enter surveys.
Clay stated that getting more surveys entered into survey monkey will help to determine
the direction to go for the report.
New business
Final push for distribution and collection of surveys
Abbie said the people at the community center said they did not know about the survey.
October 3 is last day to collect surveys.
Jen added that the flea market is September 17 and she will take surveys there.
tm;E
