<br />4. <br />BILL 9076 – An ordinance amending Chapter 2.10 of the University City Municipal Code, <br />relating to the Department of Finance, by repealing Section 2.10.050 thereof, relating to <br />competitive bidding on city purchases and contracts, and enacting in lieu thereof a new <br />section to be known as Section 2.10.050 competitive bidding on city purchases and <br />contracts and, thereby amending said section so as to increase the amount at or below <br />which competitive bids are not required from $250 to $2,000; containing a savings clause <br />and providing a penalty. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci asked if this bill could wait until she received the financial spread sheet she has <br />been requesting. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved to pass Bill 9076 and was seconded by Crow. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE was: <br />AYES: Mr. Kraft, Mr. Crow, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe, Mr. Price and Mayor Welsch <br />NAYS: Ms. Ricci <br /> <br />Bill 9076 became ordinance 6817. <br /> <br />5. <br />BILL 9077 – An ordinance amending Chapter 2.58 of the University City Municipal Code, <br />relating to contracts, by repealing Section 2.58.020 thereof, relating to personnel <br />requirements with respect to employees and owners, and enacting in lieu thereof a new <br />section to be known as Section 2.58.020 personnel requirements with respect to employees <br />and owners and, thereby amending said section so as to increase the amount of contracts <br />subject to certain personnel requirements from over $1,000 to over $2,000; containing a <br />savings clause and providing a penalty. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci asked to postpone this till she received financial spreadsheet she had requested. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved for approval and was seconded by Mr. Crow. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE was: <br />AYES: Mr. Kraft, Mr. Crow, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe, Mr. Price and Mayor Welsch <br />NAYS: Ms. Ricci <br /> <br />Bill 9077 became ordinance 6818. <br /> <br />6. <br />BILL 9078 – An ordinance authorizing the City of University City, Missouri, to amend the <br />trust indenture pursuant to which its Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (WINCO <br />redevelopment corporation, Inc. project) Series 2003 in the original principal amount of <br />$5,800,000 were issued; and authorizing certain other actions in connection therewith. <br /> <br />Mr. Sean Flynn was present from WINCO to answer any questions.
