The information with the permit should describe the existing mechanical, electrical and <br />plumbing systems and any upgrades. <br />6. The following accessibility features must be present: <br />a. An accessible building entrance <br />b. An accessible route from an accessible building entrance to primary function <br />areas. <br />c. Signage <br />d. Accessible parking, where parking is provided. <br />e. At least one loading zone (when loading zones are provided) <br />f. An accessible route connecting accessible parking and accessible passenger <br />loading zones to an accessible entrance. <br />7. Exterior conditions refer to proposed or existing parking. <br />**Note: Where it is technically infeasible to comply with the new construction <br />standards for any of these requirements for a change of use, the items shall conform <br />to the requirements to the maximum extent technically feasible.
