Petition for license to sell intoxicating liquor by the drink at retail
This was a request for liquor license for liquor to be sold by a drink. Ms. Brot was
concerned about the lack of experience by the owner. She would like more
information on the owner’s experience or that of the manager if the later was going to
operate the business. It was pointed out by Councilmember Ms. Ricci that many of
the pertinent questions were answered N/A, when truly they were important questions
needing answers: perhaps there was a language barrier.
Ms. Brot moved to turn down this license until owner had been in business for six months.
