LOUIS COUNTY RE- <br />CORDER OF DEEDS. <br />A bill was introduced by Councilmember Schoomer, entitled: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND SURRENDERING A PART OF 66TH STREET SOUTH OF <br />OLIVE BLVD. IN UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, IN ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI, BUT <br />RESERVING PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS, AND DIRECTING THAT THIS ORDINANCE BE <br />RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF DEEDS OF ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MIS- <br />SOURI." <br /> <br />The bill was assigned No. 8272 and given its first reading. <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mr. Mary Mueller, owner of property at 7700 and 7575 Olive, complained about the way the court is <br />run. He said he had questions which are contained in the material he leit with the Council, and that <br />taxpayers should be heard when they have questions that deserve an answer. <br /> <br />ADJOUKNMF.
