Introduced by Ms. Ricci <br />2. BILL 9141 <br /> - An ordinance amending Chapter 10.36 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to regulations for specific streets, by repealing Section 10.36.090 <br />thereof, relating to stop intersections – vehicles to stop at certain intersections, and <br />enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 10.36.090 stop <br />intersections – vehicles to stop at certain intersections”, thereby amending said <br />section so as to delete all stop intersections in the alley between Bartmer & <br />Chamberlain and in the alley between Olive & Chamberlain; containing a savings <br />clause and providing a penalty. <br /> <br />Introduced by Ms. Ricci <br />3. BILL 9142 <br /> - An ordinance fixing the compensation to be paid to City Officials and <br />Employees as enumerated herein from and after November 14, 2011, and repealing <br />ordinance No. 6862. <br /> <br />O. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION (continued if needed) <br /> <br />P. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />Mr. Glickert said the Sutter Meyer Society Fall Festival was well attended. He said he <br />wanted to recognize Mr. Bill Chilton for his work on the well on the Sutter Meyer <br />property. He also recognized Steve Legomsky and Barb Fraser for their government <br />appointments and accomplishments. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci attended the public budget meeting and wished that there were more residents <br />there as only three attended. She invited more to attend the upcoming public budget <br />meeting, as the City has a 50+ million dollar budget and would like to have their input. <br />Ms. Ricci said there was a meeting at the Library on the Parkview Gardens <br />Sustainability Plan, which was very exciting. <br /> <br />Mr. Crow asked for an update on the responsibilities that were previously the Deputy <br />City Manager/Director of Finance and how those responsibilities are currently being <br />farmed out and to whom.
