SESSION 1663 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> April 22, 1996 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chamber of City Hall on <br />Monday, April 22, 1996, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to <br />the Mayor, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Mr. Robert G. Wagner <br />Mrs. Ma~ V. Schuman <br />Mr. Paul E. Schoomer <br />Mrs. Betty L. Thompson <br /> <br />Also present was City Manager Frank Ollendorff <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approved of the April 8, 1996, minutes as submitted. Mr. Schoomer seconded the <br />motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION OF. APRIl. 2, 1996, ELECTION <br /> <br />Mayor Adams asked the City Clerk to proceed with the canvass of the April 2, 1996 election. Candidates <br />were advised that the canvass of the election results would take place at this meeting. <br /> <br />The City Clerk said that according to Article IX, Section 71 of the City Charter, notification was received <br />from the Board of Election Commissioners of St. Louis County showing the results of the municipal <br />election held on April 2, 1996, to be as follows: <br /> Number of Votes <br /> <br />Joseph L.
