<br /> <br />Plan Commission <br />Minutes <br />November 21, 2011 <br /> <br />The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the EOC Room located at City Hall, 6801 <br />Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on November 21, 2011. The meeting commenced <br />at 7:15 pm. Ms. Carr asked why it <br />stated that no action was taken on the October 5, 2011 minutes. Mr. Greatens stated that at the <br />October 26 meeting, no vote taken on the minutes of October 5, 2011 due to revisions that <br />needed to be made. Mr. Greatens added that he would revise the October 5, 2011 minutes. Ms. <br />Carr made a motion to approve the minutes of the October 26, 2011 Plan Commission meeting. <br />The motion was seconded by Ms. Greening. The motion was passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit Application 8342 Delcrest Drive <br /> <br />The Chairperson announced that a public hearing was scheduled for Conditional Use Permit <br />application 11-04954. The Chairperson stated that the public hearing notification requirements <br />had been met in accordance with Article 15 of the Zoning Code. The Chairperson noted the <br />them (Zoning Code Section 34-132.2). The Chairperson stated that the Plan Commission must <br />consider whether the use: a) Complies with all applicable provisions of the University City <br />Zoning Code; b) At the specific location will contribute to and promote the community welfare <br />or convenience; c) Will not cause substantial injury to the value of neighboring property; d) Is <br />consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, neighborhood development plan (if applicable), and <br />any other official planning and development policies of the City; and e) Will provide off-street <br />parking and loading areas in accordance with the standards contained in Article 7 of the <br />University City Zoning Code. <br />tm; <br /> šE <br /> <br /> <br />
