SESSION 1660 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> February 26, 1996 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting ofthe'City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers of City Hall <br />on Monday, February 26, 1996, Mayor Joseph L. Adams presided and called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 p.m. In additioa to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Mr. George R. Cotton <br />Mr. Robert G. Wagner <br />Mrs. Mary V. Schuman <br />Mr. Paul E. Schoomer <br />Mrs. Betty L. Thompson <br /> <br />Also present was City Manager Frank Ollendorff <br /> <br />MINUTFS <br /> <br />Study Session January 20, 1996 <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval of the January 20, 1996, study session minutes as submitted. <br />Schuman seconded the motion, which carded unanimously. <br /> <br />Regular Meeting February 5. 1996 <br />Mr. Wagner moved that the February 5, 1996, minutes be approved as submitted. <br />seconded the motion, and all voted Aye. <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />The City Clerk read the title of a resolution supporting the University City School District's request to <br />approve Propositions One and Two at the polls April 2, 1996. Mr. Schoomer moved adoption. Mr. <br />Wagner seconded, and all voted Aye. Mayor Adams said it was very important for everyone in Univer- <br />sity City that these propositions are approved. This resolution will become part of the record. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />The City Clerk read the title of a proclamation that designates March 9-16, 1996, as Gift Scout Week. <br /> <br />Mr. Schoomer moved the appointment of Ms. Andrea Ratner, 7336 Northmoor, to the Board of Ad- <br />justment for an unexpired term ending July 7, 1996. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion, which carded <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
