Public Hearing for rezoning of 7440 Forsyth from GC to PD-M was opened at <br />8:11 p.m. <br /> <br />The Orchard Development Group was present to give a PowerPoint <br />presentation on the proposed Clayton City Condominiums, a joint mixed-use <br />project with University City and Clayton. <br /> <br />Ms. Brot thanked them for their presentations and the renderings the Council <br />received. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci asked the representatives if they were aware of any differences in <br />University City’s or Clayton’s ordinances that would entice one to want to live on <br />one side or the other.
