The motion was <br />approved unanimously. <br /> <br />The next agenda item was the consideration of a redevelopment agreement with <br />Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis. Ms. Riganti provided background about the <br />project and proposal. The City proposes to partner with HFHSL for the <br />development of five vacant city-owned lots in the City’s northeast area. HFHSL <br />will construct infill housing to LEED Platinum standards on these properties. Full <br />tax abatement will be sought for the project. The LCRA approved the blighting <br />analysis and redevelopment plan on June 30, 2011. The Plan Commission <br />approved the documents on August 24, 2011, and City Council on September <br />12, 2011. The City issued a Request for Proposals for a Redevelopment <br />Agreement for the project in December, and HFHSL was the only respondent. <br /> <br />1 of 2 <br /> <br />
