Liquor License – 6525 Delmar <br /> <br />BACKGROUND REVIEW: <br />Brandt’s Café has applied for a liquor license to <br />sell liquor at retail by the drink and a Sunday liquor sales’ license. The <br />applicant applying is a new owner which requires a new license. The previous <br />owner had a license with no problems. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approval <br /> <br />H. A Site Plan approval for 7745Oliveis required if the ordinance amending <br />Chapter 34, relating to zoning districts established pursuant to section 34-22 <br />thereof, and enacting in lieu thereof a new official zoning map, amending said <br />map to change the classification of property at 7745 Olive (rear portion of lot) <br /> <br />
