Session 1702, Minutes July 28, 1997 AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF THREE NEW SECTIONS TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 21 - 145. HOURS OF OPERATION; ADJUSTMENT OF METERS TO SHOW LEGAL AND ILLEGAL PARKING," "SECTION 21 - 149. VIOLATION OF DIVISION" AND "SECTION 21 - 150. I. CLOSING TIME ON MUNICIPAL PARKING LOTS," AND AMENDING SAID SECTIONS SO AS TO ADD ZONE F AND THE DELMAR PARKING GARAGE; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. BILL NO. 8338 - AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, BY REPEALING SECTION 21 - 143 THEREOF, RELATING TO PARKING PERMITS GENERALLY, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 21 - 143. PARKING PERMITS GENERALLY," BYAMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO INCREASE THE COST OF A PARKING PERMIT FROM TWENTY DOLLARS ($20.00) TO THIRTY DOLLARS ($30.00) PER MONTH, OR TO TWENTY DOLLARS ($20.00) PER MONTH IF TEN (I 0) OR MORE PARKING PERMITS ARE ISSUED TO A SINGLE APPLICANT; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
