Lynnette will notify the GPC which items have <br />already been implemented. <br />7.No City Council Liaison report. <br />8.Commission vacancy: <br />a.Lynnette will contact Joyce Pumm to see if there are any applications to the GPC.If there are, <br />Council Member Ricci will review the applications and recommend an appointment. If there are <br />no applications, the GPCwill need to solicit applications. Ms. Ricci will remain on City Council <br />until the end of April, so this item should be expedited before her term expires. <br />b.The Secretary office will remain open until the vacant Commission position is filled. <br />c.After the vacant position is filled, the GPC will self-determine the terms of office for each <br />member. <br />9.Closing Round: <br />a.Earth Day, April 22: University City will have a booth at the Forest Park Earth Day festival. <br />Contact Lynnette to volunteer. <br />b.Please read the energy efficiency/ renewable energy/ greenhouse gas reduction ordinance to be <br />presented to Council. Respond to Tim via email with questions and comments before April 2. <br />i.Present the Ordinance to City Council. Make this a high priority. <br />ii.Need a designated baseline for energy improvement goals. <br />i.iii.Tim will review the Ordinance with Jared Agee. <br />10.The meeting was adjourned at 8:00p.m. <br />
