O. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION (continued if needed)
Linda Locke, 6925 Cornell
Ms. Locke asked what would be the Loop Trolley return on investment, both on the tangible or
intangible side. She said the City needs to know, in its entirety, the issues of safety and traffic
flow.

Gregory Pace, 7171 Westmoreland
Mr. Pace stated that the Statue of the State of Missouri is silent on giving a road back. He
said the St. Louis County ordinance says the County can give a road back by a vote of the
County Council. Mr. Pace urged all to contact their County Council member, Pat Dolan or
Hazel Erby. He suggested that the Hancock Amendment should apply here.

P. COUNCIL COMMENTS
Mr. Sharpe suggested the Council meet with the City’s Senators and Representatives at least
once a month. She reminded all of the Kids to Parks Day, May 19, as University City has
more parks per capita than most communities. Ms. Welsch reminded citizens to attend the
Movies in the Parks, Saturday, May 19 at Millar Park and Fair U City on Memorial Day
weekend which is strictly a volunteer event.

Q.
