VERSION 1 <br /> <br /> <br />1. <br />An Ordinance amending CHAPTER 34 of the Municipal code of the City of <br />University City, Missouri, relating to zoning districts established pursuant to <br />section 34-22 thereof, and enacting in lieu thereof a new official zoning map, <br />thereby amending said map so as to change the classification of properties at <br />8635, 8639 (portions of), 8645 (portions of), 8651, 8655, 8660, 8661, 8665, <br />8666, 8671, 8672 Barby Lane AND 8655, 8660 8664, 8665, 8669, 8673 West <br />Kingsbury From "SR" – Single Family Residential District, to "HRO" - High <br />Density Residential Office District; excepting that the classification of the <br />properties known as the North 67 feet of the lot at 8639 Barby Lane and the east <br />30 feet and north 67 feet of the lot at 8645 Barby Lane shall be from "SR" - <br />Single Family Residential District to "GC" - General Commercial District; <br />containing a savings clause and providing a penalty. This will become Bill 8923 <br /> <br />2. <br />An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as <br />“7215 Dartmouth Condominium” and located at 7215 Dartmouth. This will <br />become Bill 8924 <br /> <br />3. <br />An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as <br />“7346 Forsyth Boulevard Condominium: and located at 7346 Forsyth. This will <br />become Bill 8925 <br /> <br />4. <br />An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as <br />“849 Loop Living Condominium” and located at 849 Westgate.
