<br /> <br />Plan Commission <br />October 5, 2011 Meeting Minutes <br />(Approved 12/13/2011) <br /> <br />The Plan Commission held their regular meeting in the EOC Room located at City Hall, 6801 <br />Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on October 5, 2011. The meeting commenced at <br />7:05 pm. <br /> <br />Voting Members PresentVoting Members Absent <br /> <br />Deidre Lewis (Vice-Chairperson) Ben Halpert (Chairperson) <br />Tom Byrne Ben Senturia <br />Paulette Carr <br />Nova Felton <br />Lisa Greening <br /> <br />Non-Voting Council Liaison Present <br />Stephen Kraft <br /> <br />Staff Present <br />Andrea Riganti, Director of Community Development <br />Ray Lai, Deputy Director of Planning, Zoning, and Economic Development <br />Zach Greatens, Planner <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />The August 24, 2011 Plan Commission Meeting minutes were moved for approval by Ms. <br />Greening, seconded by Ms. Felton and the motion carried. Ms. Carr abstained. <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />Presentation: <br /> Parkview Gardens Neighborhood Sustainability and Redevelopment Plan <br />Progress Report by H3 Studio Consultants. <br /> <br />Mr. John Hoal with H3 Studio gave a presentation about the Parkview Gardens Neighborhood <br />Sustainability and Redevelopment Plan. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Ms. Carr that the Plan Commission endorse the Parkview Gardens <br />Neighborhood Sustainability and Redevelopment Plan presented and that the consultants and <br />planning partners continue with the planning process with the preferred option being the mixed- <br />use option (Option 3) presented. The motion was seconded by Ms. Greening.
