<br /> <br />Mr. Glickert said as he remembered, it was tabled and no final vote was taken. Mayor <br />Welsch stated the minutes show Adopted on June 27 and Revised on January 9, not <br />adopted. <br /> <br />On Rule 8 Council agreed to remove “up to and including removal from the Council” but <br />requested Mr. Walker to ask Mr. Martin for legal opinion if Council would even have that <br />power. <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert asked what the Charter stated about the number of Council meetings required. <br />Mayor Welsch stated that in Article II Sec. 15 of the City Charter states, “The council shall <br />meet regularly at such times as may be prescribed by its rules, but not less frequently than <br />once each month.” <br /> <br />Mr. Kraft started comments on Rule 20 but no decision was made before adjourning the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Welsch asked if anyone had any changes to the up-coming meeting’s agenda. <br /> <br />Mr. Price asked that reappointments to the Board of Adjustment for Ms. Holly and Ms. <br />Houston be added to the agenda. <br /> <br />Mr. Walker asked for clarification concerning the next study session. He said the Pension <br />actuary was asked to attend the next Council Study Session but there was an indication that <br />Council wanted to continue discussion on Council Rules and Regulations. Mayor Welsch <br />rd <br />stated that she felt it was important to hear from the actuary on July 23. Ms. Carr asked if <br />an additional study session could be scheduled. There was a suggestion that a meeting be <br />th <br />held on July 30 on the Council rules. Mayor Welsch asked Mr. Walker to provide Council <br />with a schedule of upcoming study sessions, which would include sessions on the 2014 <br />budget. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe stated that he and Mr. Price agreed that Council would not need to go into <br />Executive Session. <br /> <br />Mayor Welsch noted there was a Council Special Session scheduled July 16 on the Loop <br />Trolley.
