<br />BILLS <br /> <br />O. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION (continued if needed) <br /> <br />P. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Mr. Glickert said that he received a couple of emails from business owners in the Loop <br />regarding activity over the past two weekends. He said to the City Manager that there were <br />approximately 30-40 youth between the ages of 12-17. Mr. Glickert would like for the City to <br />stay proactive and not become reactive. <br /> <br /> Mr. Crow said that he would like to express his appreciation to the Police Department for the <br />wonderful investigative work that they did on the vandalism on Forsyth. He said that they were <br />very professional and should be commended for their good work. Mr. Crow encouraged all <br />citizens to vote during the election in the following week. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ricci said that she was just recently aware that the St. Louis Community College would be <br />a part of the election. She said that there are four candidates running and one is from U City. <br />Ms. Ricci said that candidates for trustee are from all over the greater part of St. Louis area. <br />She said that the candidate from University City is Philip E. Smith. <br /> <br /> Mr. Sharpe said that he served on a judging poll for Brittany Woods Middle School. He said <br />that it was a great event, the students were well disciplined and the program was successful. <br />Mr. Sharpe said the winners were perceived as very talented people and he was pleased to be <br />present. <br /> <br /> Mayor Welsch asked for a motion to go in to Executive Session for RSMO 610.021 for (1) <br />Legal Actions, which is any confidential or privileged communications between a public <br />governmental body or its representatives and attorney and (3)(13) personnel hiring, firing, <br />disciplining or promoting of particular employees by a public governmental body when <br />personal information about the employee is discussed or recorded individually, identifiable <br />personnel records, performance ratings or records pertaining to employees. <br /> <br />No one made a motion to go into Executive Session. <br /> <br />Q.
