<br />H. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION (Total of 15 minutes allowed) <br />Tom Sullivan, 757 Syracuse <br />Mr. Sullivan spoke about the street light outages around the City of University City. He said <br />that he has mentioned the outages before, particularly the one on Delmar, east of Purdue. He <br />again asked about the extra cost of the Internal Audit. Mr. Sullivan inquired about why the firm <br />Crosby & Ormsby was hired as the City’s Prosecuting Attorney since they lacked experience. <br />th <br />Mr. Sullivan said that he has not received a response to his request from February 29 <br />requesting names of people interviewed. <br /> <br />I.
