BILL 8939 — An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as “Bella Monti Condominiums” and located at 848 Pennsylvania. Mr. Sharpe, Jr. moved to adopt and was seconded by Mr. Glickert. Roll Call vote was as follows: AYES: Mr. Price, Ms. Ricci, Mr. Wagner, Ms. Brot, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe, Jr., and Mayor Adams NAYS: none Bill 8939 became Ordinance 6894. BILL 8940 — An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as “Tulane Avenue Condominium” and located at 7300 Tulane Ms. Brot moved to adopt and was seconded by Mr. Sharpe, Jr. Roll Call vote was as follows: AYES: Ms. Ricci, Mr. Wagner, Ms. Brot, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe, Jr., Mr. Price and Mayor Adams NAYS: none Bill 8940 became Ordinance 6895. BILL 8941 — An ordinance approving a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as “7026 Dartmouth Condominiums” and located at 7026 Dartmouth. Mr. Glickert moved to adopt and was seconded by Ms. Brot. Roll Call vote was as follows: AYES: Mr. Wagner, Ms. Brot, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe, Jr., Mr. Price, Ms. Ricci, and Mayor Adams NAYS: none Bill 8941 became Ordinance 6896. BILL 8942 — An ordinance by the City of University City terminating the Olive Boulevard East Tax Increment Financing District; dissolving the Olive Boulevard East Tax Increment Financing District Special Allocation Fund; authorizing other actions necessary and incidental to the foregoing; and containing a severability clause. Mayor Adams explained that the TIF Commission was set up for Olive, East of Midland and was ending. Now taxes paid to the City and to the School Board would resume at a higher level. Mr. Wagner moved to adopt and was seconded by Mr. Glickert. Roll Call vote was as follows: AYES: Ms. Brot, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe, Jr., Mr. Price, Ms. Ricci, Mr. Wagner, and Mayor Adams NAYS: none Bill 8942 became Ordinance 6897.
