The meeting commenced at 7:00 pm. <br /> <br />Voting Members Present <br /> <br />Carol Schmidt, Chair <br />Darlene Davison <br />Steve Myers <br />Richard Wesenberg <br /> <br />Non-Voting Members Present <br />Terry Crow, Council Liaison <br /> <br />Staff Present <br />Raymond Lai <br />Zach Greatens <br /> <br />1. Minutes of the previous meeting (June 16, 2011) were accepted as written. <br /> <br />2. Election of Officers <br /> <br />Carol Schmidt was nominated to serve as Chairperson. A motion was made and <br />seconded to accept Ms. Schmidt as Chairperson. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Darlene Davison was nominated to serve as Vice-Chairperson. A motion was made <br />and seconded to accept Ms. Davison as Vice-Chairperson. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />3. Other business <br /> <br />a.
