He recommends removing the words "southbound
only". Their is a stop sign either side of Irdngsbury and consequently the stops should be regulated both
north and southbound.

Mr. Lieberman moved an amendment to bill #8323, by removing the words "southbound only" on page
6.

Mr. Schoomer asked if this was in a private subdivision. Mr. Lieberman said that one side was, the
other side was not. Mr. Schoomer asked if the existing stop sign was already a part of this ordinance.
Mr. Lieberman was not sure if it was or not. Mr. Ollendorff said that southbound was in the private
subdivision, the northbound was the City's. It was determined that the existing stop sign was already a
part of this ordinance.

Mr. Schoomer seconded the amendment, which carried unanimously.

Mayor Pro Tem Wagner ordered the third reading of the bill.

Mr. Lieberman moved adoption of Bill #8323, as amended. Mr. Schoomer seconded the motion. The
roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Mr. Munkel, Mr. Schoomer, Mr. Lieberman, Mayor Pro Tem
Wagner. Bill No. 8323 is now Ordinance No. 6105.

BILLS FOR INTRODUCTION:

A bill was introduced by Mr. Schoomer, titled:

BILL NO. 8324: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI,
EXTENDING THE TERM OF FRANCHISE WITH TCI CABLE PARTNERS OF ST.
