Mrs. Thc~psonsecondedthem~-tion, which carriedunanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. ~ moved approval of the November 6, 1995 minutes as ~lh,~'tted. Mrs. <br />Schuman seconded the motion, and all voted Aye. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro T~m Adams drew attention to a resolution wherein University City <br />adopts the Solid Waste Management Plan prepared by the St. Louis-Jefferson <br />Solid Waste Mamagement District. Mr. Schocmer moved approval, and Mr. Cotton <br />seconded. All voted Aye. The resolution will becc~e part of the record. <br /> <br />Mr. Cotton moved the appointment of Mr. ~_ell H. Campbell, 1347 Mendell, to <br />the Historic Pt~sex%ration C,,,..,,~.~ion for a term expiring September 9, 1998. <br />Mrs. T~ seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />For Mayor Majerus, Mayor Pro Tern Adams moved the appointment of Ms. Nancy H. <br />Kaufman, 770 Badcliff, to the Tax ~ Finar~ir~ C~Lmdssion and Indus- <br />trial Develo~ Authority for a term expiring August 27, 2001. Mr. Scho~m- <br />er seconded the motion, and all voted Aye. <br /> <br />OATH OF OFF/~W~ <br /> <br />Ms. Karen Ann-Nia~o Palmer, recently reappointed to the Cc~mittee for Aocess <br />and Local Origination Prog~ (CALOP), was given the oath of office by <br />the City Clerk. Mayor Pro Tern A~ams said citizens serving on City boards and <br />ccmmtissions are ~y helpful to the Council in their decision-making. <br /> <br /> <br />
