She wishes to perform <br />massage therapy at Rezults Salon, 7171 Delmar. Denial is ~nded because <br />of limited parking. The Deputy city Manager said a prior agreement between <br />the property owner and Zoning A~tor specified that if the hair salon <br />was allowed, the rest of the building would be limited to office uses. There <br />was no mention of massage at tb~ salon at the time of the agreement and such <br />use would incr~-~e the intensity of the hair salon use and exacerbate parking <br />probl~s. <br /> <br />The applicant, Ms. Cynthia Aliensworth, 7429 Lyndaver, said she anticipated <br />working at the salon part-time, on Saturdays, addir~ there are 18 parkin~ <br />spaces, and other offices in the building are closed then.
