They agreed in principal <br />that the EDRST funds should be expended on the eligible projects now, rather than continue to build <br />up in reserves. <br /> <br />With respect to specific projects and funding requests, the EDRSTB offered the following suggestions: <br /> <br />Free parking on Delmar Loop lot #4 be maintained, and additional parking lot landscaping <br />o <br />and fencing be explored. If additional funding is needed for these activities, the <br />Department of Public Works and Parks can approach the EDRSTB at a later date. <br /> <br />Additional funding requests for bicycle racks in the Loop be deferred until the FY12 racks <br />o <br />are installed, and the Department of Public Works and Parks can perform a site location <br />analysis for future racks. <br /> <br />Other Business <br />The Economic Development Workplan for the Department of Community Development was <br />distributed prior to the meeting. There were no questions about the document. Ms. Riganti polled <br />Board members to determine meeting frequency preference.
