(I~])ITIONALUSE -~LIFEMINISTRYO~TEX. 8333 The City Manager concurred with the Plan C~,,,H.~sion rec~m,endation to allow a balcony to be added to the Abundant Life 'Manistry Complex, with previously approved and new conditions, as follows: 1. All signs on the premises shall conform in every respect with the provi- sions of the University City Sign Code. 2. A detailed landscaping plan shall be su~mi~ to the Director of Plan- ning for his review and approval no later than February 15, 1996. The conditional occupancy permit for the use of the premises will be revok_~d__ without further notjoe if the landscap~ is not fully and satisfactori- ly completed by E~c~ber 15, 1996. Ta~.~aping shall be installed and maintained in accordance with the approved plan. Sufficient watering facilities shall be installed for care of the plantings. 3. The child day care use shall be approved and licensed by the State of M~-~,ri D~ of Family Services. Occupancy shall be terminated by the City if State approval or licensing is withdrawn for any reason.
