Signs on the premises shall conform in all respects with the provisions of the University City Sign Code. 2. A detailed landscaping plan shall be su~nitted to the Director of Plan- ning for his review and approval. Landscaping shall be installed and maintained in acco~nc~ - with the approved plan. 3. Adequate refuse d{-':~r~"~l shall be provided by and for the business. Out- door storag~ of refuse containers shall be as approved by the Director of Planning. The operator of the restaurant shall regularly police the site and the area adjacent to the restaurant to remove litter and debris. 4. An exhaust syste~ shall be installed and maintained or other means shall be taken to prevent food preparation odors or cooking odors frc~ being readily ~zceptible beyond the lot lines of the pro~zty on which the 5. SITE PLAN - 8301B OLIVE The City Manager r-com~.nded approval of a site plan allowing a non-profit t~x ex~ Youth Arts C~nter at 8301B Olive, with the following condition: ~he use shall be limited to music lessons and ~usic practice sessions, computer and office equipment tra'n~ng, tutoring, youth meetings, and or- ganizational office and staff training use, and no more than 20 students shall be on the premises at any one time. Mrs. Schuman had scme conoern about lack of park- ing. Ms. Brown said the sales office operates one day a week frc~ 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; on wee3x~ys, the Center will start operating about 3:00 p.m. when children arrive from school. Few will drive; most will have parents dropping them off and picking them up.
