Approval was recc~m~nded of the tw~ ~pdated Memoranda of Agreement with the Fire Union, incorporating cha~ges such as pay rates previously approved by the City Council for firefighters, Mrs. Thompson moved that Agenda Item No. 5 be taken up next, sinoe a large number of people were present for it. A detailed landscaping plan shall be submitted to the Director of Plan- ning for his review and approval no later than February 15, 1996. The conditional occupancy permit for the use of the premises will be revoked without further notice if the landscaping is not fully and satisfactorily completed by December 15, 1996. Landscaping shall be installed and min- tained in accordance with the approved plan. Sufficient watering facili- ties shall be installed for care of the plantings. 3.
