T..G(~S COUNT~ RECORDER OF D .~T~. <br /> <br />Mr. Mark Vorbeck, 1463 Coolidge, asked the status of the points b~ brought up <br />at the last meeting relative to the alley vacating procedure. Ms. <br />said some work was done at this site, clearing brush and poison ivy, c~opping <br /> <br />sibly spray for mosquitos. Mr. Vorbeck was pleased but felt the work was in- <br />complete and did not provide enough aocess for utility companies that might <br />r~ to use the e~-~w~=nt. In response to Mr. Vorbeck, tb~ City Clerk des- <br />cribed how long the vacation process normally takes. Mayor Majerus asked Mr. <br />Vorbeck to call Ms. ~-cmbly tci~ to discuss this further, and he agreed. <br /> <br />Bill No. 8246 was given its second reading. <br /> <br />Bill No. 8246 was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Schoc~er, T~, and Mayor Majerus. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion. Mr. Schoomer <br />said when he introduced this bill he intended that it specify 10 years of <br />full tax abatement followed by five years ph~d abatement, as requested_ by <br />the developer. Mayor Majerus said this bill was drafted and introduced that <br />way.
