Meeting Minutes  University City Green Practices Committee <br />September 13, 2012 <br />Page 3 <br />6.Old Business <br />a.Council Study Session Report  Lois Sechrist and Tim Michels prepared the report and <br />presentation. The summary will be sent to the Green Practices Commission via email. The <br />presentation will re-state the Mission, Vision and Values; provide an update on the goals <br />from the July work session; and review current publications. The Mayor is speaking at the Whitney and Anna Harris Con on <br />November 8, 2012, which is the same date and time of the regular Commissi She <br />would like to attend the event. <br />b.Lois Sechrist  The Commission is making good progress and since we have so many <br />review we may need to consider extending our meeting time to 8:30 pm or have additional <br />special meetings. <br />c.Neville Rapp  Talked in brief about the RainScape Rewards Rebate Program (which would <br />provide 75% reimbursement for participating University City residential or business storm water <br />improvement projects) sponsored by the River des Peres Watershed Coalition. This will be an <br />agenda item at the November meeting. Eric Karch from the River des Peres Watershed Coalition <br />will attend that meeting. If the Green Practices Commission decides to endorse this program, it <br />will require a Resolution by City Council by the end of December. <br />9.Meeting Adjourned at 8:07 pm. <br />
