<br /> <br /> MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY HALL <br />6801 Delmar Blvd. <br />City of University City, Missouri 63130 <br />September 24, 2012 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />At the Regular Session of the City Council of University City held on the fifth floor of City Hall, <br />on Monday, September 24, 2012, Mayor Shelley Welsch called the meeting to order at 6:30 <br />p.m. In addition to Mayor Welsch, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Mr. Byron Price <br />Ms. Paulette Carr <br />Mr. Stephen Kraft <br />Mr. Terry Crow <br />Mr. Michael Glickert <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also in attendance was the City Manager Lehman Walker. <br /> <br />C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Crow asked that the nomination of Frederic Fehr III to the Arts & Letters Commission <br />be removed from the agenda. <br /> <br />Mr. Walker asked to postpone Resolution #2012-10, Blighting Analysis of 8391 Delmar <br />Blvd. until October 8, 2012. <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert moved to approve of the Agenda as amended, was seconded by Mr. Sharpe <br />and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />D. PROCLAMATIONS <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />E. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />1. <br /> September 10, 2012, City Council Study Session minutes were moved for approval by <br />Mr. Sharpe, and the motion was seconded by Mr. Glickert. <br /> <br /> Mr. Crow expressed his concern that members of the Olivette City Council who were <br />in attendance were not specifically mentioned in the minutes. He moved to amend the <br />minutes to include the names of Missy Waldman, Leif Hauser and Pablo Flinn along <br />with the names of other Olivette City Council members present at the meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved to approve the amended minutes, was seconded by Mr. Glickert <br />and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. <br /> The minutes of September 10, 2012, City Council Regular Session were moved for <br />approval by Mr. Sharpe and seconded by Mr. Glickert.
