Ms. Riganti said
the contractors do not like to show all their cards so it was hard to work with a group.

Mr. Sharpe asked if it was known how developers felt about University City. Ms. Riganti
said from what they have heard was that the City is very cooperative and easy to work
with, but what the City lacks is available land for large scale development.

Targeted activities were then detailed and a work-plan was presented.

Mr. Price asked about the property at Olive and Midland and why there is only one building
standing on the strip of City-owned property. Ms. Riganti noted that it was of historic
significance.
