<br /> <br />MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY HALL <br />6801 Delmar Blvd. <br />City of University City, Missouri 63130 <br />October 8, 2012 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />At the Regular Session of the City Council of University City held on the fifth floor of City Hall, <br />on Monday, October 8, 2012, Mayor Shelley Welsch called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. <br />In addition to the Mayor, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Mr. Byron Price <br />Ms. Paulette Carr <br />Mr. Stephen Kraft <br />Mr. Terry Crow <br />Mr. Michael Glickert <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also in attendance was the City Manager Lehman Walker. <br /> <br />C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mr. Glickert asked that the agenda be amended to include his nomination for the <br />reappointment of Richard Wesenberg to the Historic Preservation Commission. <br /> <br />Mr. Walker requested that Resolution 2012-10 Blighting Analysis be postponed <br />indefinitely. <br /> <br />The amended agenda carried unanimously. <br /> <br />D. PROCLAMATIONS <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />E. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />1. <br /> The minutes of September 24, 2012, City Council Study Session were moved for <br />approval by Mr. Crow, seconded by Mr. Glickert and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. <br /> The minutes of September 24, 2012, City Council Regular Session were moved for <br />approval by Ms. Carr, seconded by Mr. Sharpe and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />3. <br /> The minutes of September 28, 2012, City Council Special Session were moved for <br />approval by Mr. Sharpe, seconded by Mr. Crow and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />F. APPOINTMENTS <br />1. <br /> Mr. Glickert nominated Mr. Richard Wesenberg to be reappointed to the Historic <br />Preservation Commission, was seconded by Mr. Sharpe and the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />G. SWEARING IN <br /> <br />Charmaine Glenn was sworn in to the Human Relations Commission. <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
