Mr. Matthew <br />Wilcox, 5935 Victoria Avenue, vice president of Paralyzed Veterans of Ameri- <br />ca, said the architect, ~Dn Grojean, would respond. Mr. <br />w.]mer Smith, consultant to the Paralyzed Veterans, said the Missouri Supreme <br />Oourt governs taxes and all non-profits in Missouri must abide by their deci- <br />sions; the a.~=E~or in each county makes the deterre/nation as to whether a <br />specific entity meets state law for tax exemption. <br /> <br />In response to Mr. Wagner, Mr. Grojean said there will be landscaping between <br />the property and the residential area to the north. <br /> <br />Mr. Cotton said this project will be a nuch r~cded improvement in this area, <br />and he was assured by Mr. Grojean that the facility will look very much like <br />the archill drawings on display. <br /> <br />All voted Aye. <br /> <br />F~.
