Mr. Ollendorff said City <br />Attorney Jc~n Mulligan has made substitutions which do not change the bills <br />substantively, but give more detail and avoid el'uninating prior increases. <br /> <br />Mr. ~ mo~ed that Bill No. 8210 be amended as specified in the City At- <br />torney's cu~nication.
